Ryan Aulenti

Originally from Connecticut, Ryan went to the University of Miami and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in International Marketing and Finance with minors in Business Law and History. Living in Miami during school he fell in love with South Florida and all it offers (like so many of his clients from the North) and decided to never leave. Real Estate became a natural transition.

He recognizes that there is not another industry or asset class quite like it. One can take advantage of the beauty of a new home and build a family and also use it as a driver of wealth. An expert communicator, Ryan enjoys developing relationships with his clients and negotiating on their behalf. He is aggressive and fights for his clients to achieve their goals.

Ryan and his team work with buyers and sellers of all types: upgrading, downsizing, looking for their first home, vacation home, next investment property and everything in between. He has a deep knowledge of the popular short term rental industry (airbnb’s) and the complex regulations and zoning laws that need to be followed. He also has a passion for Real Estate investment and enjoys analyzing properties with clients and finding the best deals. He has helped his investors complete multiple complex 1031 exchanges profitably.

Outside of real estate he has a passion for fitness, food and travel. Ryan loves to share his knowledge and help people in all aspects of life. A life long learner Ryan is always looking to better himself and draws inspiration from elite performers in all areas of industry. He has come to know that the secret to living is giving and that the more value he gives the more he gets back.
