Ryan Axelrod

Licensed since 2014, Ryan Axelrod is a third-generation real-estate professional based in West Los Angeles. His grandfather, the late Randy Forbes Sr., managed the original Jon Douglas brokerage for more than 20 years; his uncle, Randy Forbes Jr., and mother, Diane Forbes Halliburton, later built the Forbes Halliburton Team. Growing up around open houses and escrows, Ryan absorbed the craft early and pairs that hands-on upbringing with an economics degree from Pepperdine University.

A sixth-generation Angeleno, Ryan combines hometown insight with a straightforward, detail-oriented style that clients appreciate. He now serves buyers and sellers from Malibu to Manhattan Beach and Santa Monica to Arcadia, guiding them through pricing, preparation, and negotiation with clear communication and steady follow-through.
