Lance Lukose

Before jumping into real estate, Lance began his professional career in Chicago politics, working on numerous campaigns ranging from Alderperson to Governor. It’s a background he credits for shaping the way he approaches real estate today.

“Working on campaigns gave me the chance to really understand Chicago’s neighborhoods on a personal level,” Lance says. “In a city with so many diverse communities, meeting residents where they are and learning what truly matters to them is invaluable.”

Lance earned his Illinois Real Estate Broker license while studying Political Science and Economics at DePaul University, where he began leasing apartments throughout Chicago. Since then, he has built almost a decade of experience working across both residential and commercial real estate transactions, helping dozens of clients navigate buying, selling, and leasing across the Chicagoland area.

In addition to his work in brokerage, Lance is currently completing a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate with a minor in Finance at the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC). He also works in Valuation & Risk Advisory, where he analyzes real estate assets, market data, and property performance to better understand value and risk across different property types. This analytical background allows Lance to bring a deeper level of insight to his clients when evaluating investments, pricing homes, or navigating complex real estate decisions.

Today, Lance focuses primarily on residential real estate throughout Chicago’s North and West Side neighborhoods, as well as the Northern and Western suburbs. Known for his responsiveness, market knowledge, and straightforward approach, Lance prides himself on guiding clients through every step of the process with clarity and confidence.

Many of Lance’s clients eventually become friends—a testament to the long-term relationships he builds and the trust he values in every transaction. As a lifelong Chicagoland resident, Lance enjoys helping clients discover what makes each neighborhood unique and finding the place that truly feels like home
