About Ryan
As a Rhode Island Sales Manager and Strategic Lead, Ryan Elsman oversees brokerage operations and the agent teams at Compass Providence, Compass Barrington, Lila Delman Compass Watch Hill & Lila Delman Compass Block Island. In addition, Ryan leads strategy of marketing and local brand messaging for both Compass Rhode Island and all Lila Delman Compass offices. Ryan joined Compass in January 2021, when the firm acquired Lila Delman Real Estate, Rhode Island's #1 Luxury Real Estate Brokerage, where he was serving as Chief Operating Officer.
Currently, Ryan resides in Newport, Rhode Island, where he has lived since late 2017. Prior to Newport, Ryan spent 8 years in New York City. He is a graduate of New York University's Gallatin School of Individualized Study and college preparatory school Delbarton in Morristown, New Jersey. Outside of real estate, Ryan enjoys travel, entertaining and spending time at his family's beach home in Chatham, Massachusetts.
