"My husband and I contacted a handful of Realtors in May-July of 2012, and Ryan was the only one who called and emailed us in response. Ryan first reached out to us during a major life-changing event; the birth of our first child! It was extremely hard to focus on anything that wasn't baby related. After I explained this to Ryan, she emailed and called less, but she didn't forget about us. I am so glad that she continued to follow up with us because we knew that we did not want to re-new our lease and had to start the home search process. She gave us that extra little push we needed to finally act. After several months of back-and-forth emails, we finally met with Ryan in January 2013.
