About Ryan

Ryan has lived in the Washington DC area since 2002 when he began attending Catholic University. The slower pace of the city compared with his hometown New York enticed him to stay in the area after graduation. Subsequently, he spent 15 years in the non-profit sector serving the people of Southeast DC, gaining intimate familiarity with some of DCā€™s most off-the-beaten-path neighborhoods and untold history. 

Ryan took his first foray into real estate in 2015, when he began purchasing rental properties in Baltimore. From there he expanded into managing rentals for other investors and family members in the area, until he was ultimately managing 19 units. He decided to switch gears, however, when he realized the day-to-day work of property management kept him from his first love - helping first time home buyers and new investors purchase homes. Now, with a solid clientele of both buyers and sellers, he has built a unique, relationship-focused strategy to help his clients win in competitive offer situations and sell their homes quickly and easily.

Ryan is 100% client-focused, with an emphasis on fast and clear communication. He is always available for a free consultation, and happy to talk at length through any issues his clients are experiencing.
