About Ryan
Main Line native Ryan Hocker ushers buyers and sellers to success with elite client service. Raised by industry veterans Jim Hocker and Kathleen Hartnett, real estate is practically in his DNA. Ryan thrives on the fast-paced nature of the business and finds his ultimate reward in his buyer's total satisfaction, knowing there's nothing better than finding the perfect home to meet their needs. A believer in the power of a positive attitude, he carries that philosophy into his advisory approach to real estate, and clients rave about his responsive attention, tech-savvy know-how and utter dedication to their goals.

After earning a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from Penn State, Ryan honed his exceptional customer service and leadership skills as an assistant manager at CulinArt Managed Dining Services and hospitality-focused internships. Whether he worked front of house or back, his goal was the same: deliver outstanding experiences that exceed each expectation. Ryan joined the Hartnett Hocker Team in 2020 as an assistant, and today he is a licensed salesperson and REALTORĀ® helping clients throughout the Main Line and Philadelphia suburbs.
