    Hey there, I'm Ryanā€”proud New Yorker turned Atlantan, real-estate aficionado, sports enthusiast and investor. Oh, and also, I am the proud carrier of the Girl Dad title thanks to my 2 amazing daughters!

    My journey into the world of real estate began with aimless drives through neighborhoods, unknowingly setting the stage for my future career. After studying management at the University of Hartford, I found myself drawn to the dynamic world of property management and real estate. As I navigated through luxury new constructions and managed diverse portfolios, my entrepreneurial spirit sparked, leading me to my true passion: helping others find their dream homes.
