About Ryan
As a Nashville native, Ryan has witnessed firsthand its transformation from a small southern community in the ’80s and ’90s to the “It City” it is today. He knows the area well and truly believes there is no better place to live.

Ryan began his career in real estate in late 2020, after fifteen years as a trial attorney. Negotiating the best possible deal is a key part of the real estate buying and selling processes, and Ryan honed his negotiation skills by going head-to-head with some of the best attorneys in Tennessee. While an attorney, Ryan was also a Rule 31 listed mediator, meaning he is very experienced with all sides of the negotiation process and adept at resolving disputes. Ryan graduated from Donelson Christian Academy in 1997. He obtained his undergraduate and doctorate degrees from the University of Tennessee. He has family and friends throughout Middle Tennessee.

In 2022, Ryan formed The Malone Team with his wife and fellow Realtor, Rebekah. They specialize in helping local buyers and sellers as well as those relocating from out-of-state. Their rambunctious German Shepherd, Minnie Pearl, serves as The Malone Team’s mascot and honorary Vice President of Client Morale.

In his free time, Ryan is an avid, albeit middling, golfer.
