About Robert

Rob Heller grew up on Long Island, N.Y. and he raised his family there as well. Rob was a very involved member of his community for many years and was highly respected. He was very active in the local youth sports organizations, and especially enjoyed coaching youth baseball and hockey.

After graduating from the University of Maryland with a degree in finance, Rob immediately started a domestic apparel manufacturing business “from scratch” which was based in N.Y. He oversaw business growth and increased sales revenues year after year for 34 consecutive years. A business that started with only 1 employee (Rob) at its onset grew to almost 100 employees. While the majority of domestic apparel manufacturing businesses were either closing or going overseas between 1980 and 2015, Rob’s domestic apparel business continued to flourish in the U.S. for well over 3 decades.

From an early age, Rob always had a passion for real estate. Over the past 40 years, Rob has had a lot of “hands-on” experience both as a buyer and as a seller of residential and industrial real estate. Rob has an excellent understanding of precisely what is involved in buying and selling real estate, and he knows exactly what it takes to get the job done right.
