Ryan Palardy

Ryan grew up in Boston, and as a kid, he wanted to do anything and everything. After getting a degree from the College of William & Mary, he decided to attend law school, which is what brought him to beautiful Seattle. After graduating from the University of Washington School of Law and practicing as an attorney in the area for several years, Ryan was lucky enough to find his real calling: the fast-paced and ever-changing world of real estate!

Since joining the Get Happy at Home Team in 2021, Ryan has been Matt's right-hand man working with first time and transitioning home buyers. Though he loves all aspects of his career, his real passion is advocating and working for buyers as they navigate the waters of Seattle area real estate. True to the brand name, his number one goal is to have happy clients!

After spending many years in Seattle (University District, Ravenna, Phinney Ridge/Ballard & Capitol Hill), Ryan recently moved to Kirkland, where he lives with his brilliant partner, Taylor, and their dog, Harley. When he's not walking the shores of Lake Washington with Taylor & Harley, he's engaging in one of his many hobbyist pursuits.

Ryan cycles through hobbies like some people change their clothes. On any given day, you might find him playing guitar on his doorsteps, planning out his next Dungeons and Dragons campaign, or practicing basketball or Australian Football (it's not rugby, but kind of).  Ryan is always game for whatever challenge or opportunity the next day will bring, and his clients love his energy, honesty, and humor.
