Ryan Palardy

Originally from Boston, Ryan moved to Seattle to attend the University of Washington School of Law and practiced as an attorney before finding his lane in residential real estate. He joined Get Happy at Home in 2021 and now focuses on helping first-time and move-up buyers across Seattle and the Eastside make confident, well-timed decisions.

Ryan brings a practical, renovation-savvy lens to every tour. He completed home-inspector coursework to better identify red flags, estimate likely fixes, and highlight value-add opportunities—especially with townhomes, ADUs, and older Seattle homes. Clients work with Ryan for his calm negotiation style, straight answers, and habit of translating “contract-speak” into clear action.

He’s lived in the U-District, Ravenna, Phinney/Ballard, Capitol Hill, Kirkland and recently bought a home in Olympic Manor with his wife, Taylor, and their dog, Harley. When he isn’t wandering the neighborhoods of Ballard, he’s probably tinkering with a D&D campaign, shooting hoops, or hitting the weights at Olympic Athletic Club.
