About Ryan
Starting at the age of 17, Ryan began working in the Marina District in Downtown San Diego. By the age of 18, he was running his parents’ small family business, It’s a Grind Coffee , on the corner of First Ave. and G St. four years Ryan managed his parents’ busy coffee while attending San Diego State University mechanical engineering. During the four and a half years he worked at his family’s business, it really gave him a great opportunity to meet the people that make up downtown and really understand what downtown living is all about.

Living downtown isn’t just about buying some condo in a good looking high rise; it is about a certain lifestyle that he hopes he can help you enjoy. Ryan currently lives in Downtown San Diego’s Marina District.

Ryan is a young business professional who is full of energy, drive, and passion real estate.
