About Ryan
Starting at the age of 17, Ryan began working in the Marina District in Downtown San Diego. By the age of 18, he was running his parentsā€™ small family business, Itā€™s a Grind Coffee , on the corner of First Ave. and G St. four years Ryan managed his parentsā€™ busy coffee while attending San Diego State University mechanical engineering. During the four and a half years he worked at his familyā€™s business, it really gave him a great opportunity to meet the people that make up downtown and really understand what downtown living is all about.

Living downtown isnā€™t just about buying some condo in a good looking high rise; it is about a certain lifestyle that he hopes he can help you enjoy. Ryan currently lives in Downtown San Diegoā€™s Marina District.

Ryan is a young business professional who is full of energy, drive, and passion real estate.
