In addition, he always did a little bit of extra research around the neighborhood to see if there were any factors that might affect our home's value in the future. One great example was that we found a home that we really liked and was considering putting in an offer, but in the middle of our tour, Ryan correctly identified that there is a gun range in close proximity to the home. Without Ryan's attentiveness here, we would have never know about this. These are the types of insights you expect a buyer's broker to proactively furnish to their clients - and Ryan did a good job here.
