"I met Ryan when I requested to look at a home he was representing in OC, CA. He was friendly, considerate, forthright, and easy to work with. After talking with him a bit more, I met with the rest of his team. My husband and I met with two other realtor teams in person, but agreed that Ryan and Andy were a great match for us and our goals. "Ryan went above and beyond for us during the intense struggle that is finding a rental house. For weeks, he would send us multiple properties to check out and he was very quick to respond when we found one we liked. He was very tactful and prominent when setting up showings of properties, and worked hard to negotiate with the landlords. I cannot stress the negotiating bit. The property we eventually decided on straight up were going to overcharge us for the security deposit, but Ryan was able to quickly discover and resolve the issue, along with many more. I could not recommend anyone any higher than I do Ryan. I mean, come on, wouldn't you want someone working for you that willingly told me I could him during his Valentine's Day dinner with his wife? :P Definitely shows dedication to his clients."
