About Ryan
A Tennessee resident since 2009 and licensed realtor and attorney since 2016, Ryan Tombul practiced law in the areas of litigation and real estate prior to becoming a full-time realtor. Since switching to real estate full-time, Ryan has taken advantage of those negotiation, preparation and communication skills learned during his previous attorney career, and tailored them to help his clients make good decisions and have the best experiences possible buying and selling their homes and investment properties in the Nashville area.

Ryan attended The University of Tennessee-Knoxville for both his undergraduate and law degrees, and comes from a family with a long history of successful realtors. He lives in Nashville’s Edgehill neighborhood, an area he feels embodies the fun and innovative energy of Nashville. Ryan enjoys supporting all things Nashville and UT sports, exploring new restaurants and going to local concerts. His passion is assisting his clients in meeting their goals, and helping to drive the growth of Nashville’s real estate landscape.
