Ryan Waugaman

Ryan Waugaman was born in Arizona and raised in Texas. Throughout his life, he always had a strong attraction to Miami due to its lush tropics, vibrant city living, and constantly changing skyline. This dream finally became a reality in 2020 when Ryan took a chance and moved to Miami. Since then, Ryan has been residing in Downtown Miami and thoroughly enjoys the social aspect of high-rise living. He is so passionate about building community that he created and currently runs two neighborhood organizations, "Brickell LGBTQ" and "Brickell Dog Fam".

Ryan is a natural at connecting people, maintaining relationships, and networking. He has devoted his career to residential real estate and is committed to helping his clients find the perfect home. With a keen ear for listening, an eye for detail, and an understanding of his clients' needs, Ryan is known for being patient and empathetic throughout the process.

In his free time, Ryan enjoys exploring the Miami scene and discovering new local hotspots. He also enjoys volunteering at local animal shelters and pet adoption events. Ryan's love for Miami and his dedication to helping others find their perfect home make him a valuable asset to the community.
