Licensed in both Colorado and California, Samantha serves clients throughout the Denver metro while expanding her business in Orange County, California, where she and her family relocated in 2025. With her husband having grown up in Irvine and Samantha visiting Orange County for more than two decades, the move was a natural next chapter for their family.

Samantha began her real estate career in Colorado, quickly earning recognition as the Rookie of the Year. She has a special passion for helping first-time homebuyers navigate one of life’s biggest milestones with confidence, education, and honest guidance. She believes every client deserves an advocate who listens carefully, communicates clearly, and is fully invested in their success. Her expertise extends beyond traditional residential real estate. As the owner of four short-term rental properties that she has personally renovated, designed, and furnished, Samantha understands real estate from both an agent’s and an investor’s perspective. Before transitioning into real estate, Samantha spent more than a decade producing events across the United States and Europe.
