About Sabina

I have specialized in representing luxury, equestrian and acreage properties for both buyers and sellers for in excess of 20 years. I am licensed in both Illinois and Nevada and can assist you in both geographic locations. Prior to entering the real estate field I spent 30 years in IT consulting, holding a variety of positions from technical design and development to executive management. The last 13 years in that field I owned and managed the growth and development of a nationwide consulting firm. After the sale of that firm, I entered into the Real Estate field and found a renewed passion for working with and assisting clients with major purchases or the sale of personal or investment assets. Between the two professional endeavors, I offer decades of marketing experience using multiple platforms and technologies, negotiating with and for the benefit of clients and extensive real estate knowledge.

On a personal basis, I live in a semi-rural area on a large acreage property and, since I rode horses, in multiple disciplines for many years, I bring an in-depth knowledge of both agricultural acreage and properties suitable for livestock and equestrian centers. With respect to equestrian properties, it is important to understand what a buyer would be looking for in a barn, riding arenas and pastures depending on their goals and riding disciplines. I am able assess the components of a property and market the property to attract the appropriate buyers.

Additional personal interests include dogs and sculpting. I have owned and engaged in showing large breed dogs, donated time to a shelter facility, have a small kennel facility and I have represented multiple properties with kennel facilities. I attended the School of the Art Institute in Chicago and with that experience, I understand art studios and workshops.

Major purchases or the sale of a large investment, perhaps a client’s largest asset, may be stressful and fraught with numerous issues. I attempt to make the process as stress free as possible for my clients by anticipating, guiding, negotiating and assisting, as appropriate.
