Hi, I’m Sabrina!! I’m so happy you’re here 🙂

I grew up in Colorado, where life was all about wide open spaces, long days outdoors, and the kind of community where everyone knows your name. When I moved to Charlottesville, I quickly realized this city had that same spirit but with its own unique charm that really stood out to me. From the neighborhoods to the local businesses to the kindness of the people, Charlottesville truly feels like home, and I love sharing that with others.

Real estate has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’m a second-generation agent, and I’ve spent the last 8+ years helping clients navigate one of life’s biggest milestones with confidence. My background in marketing gives me an edge when it comes to strategy and positioning, but what matters most to me is people. I believe every client deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported, and I make it my priority to bring that level of care to every person.

Outside of real estate, I’m a mom to an energetic two-year-old boy, and most days you’ll find us outside adventuring together with my dog Kona, our best friend and sidekick. I’m passionate about health and balance, and I believe that when you live with intention, it carries into everything you do.

For me, real estate isn’t just about houses. It’s about building connection, creating community, and helping people find a place where they are happy and thriving.
