Sabrina Schulhauser

Originally from Martinez, a small town in Northern California, Sabrina Schulhauser moved to Tennessee to attend the University of Tennessee before earning her law degree from Belmont University College of Law. She began her career as a title attorney, where she developed a strong foundation in real estate law, contracts, title, and the closing process before transitioning into residential real estate.

Sabrina is also the founder of Schulhaus Interiors, an interior design firm specializing in new construction homes. Her work alongside builders and developers gives her a strong understanding of the construction and design process, from initial selections through the finished home.

Her experience across law, real estate, new construction, and interior design gives Sabrina a unique perspective when representing clients. She understands a home from multiple angles—from the contract and transaction to construction and design—allowing her to provide a knowledgeable, design-forward approach from the first showing through closing.
