Sahmon Zoughi

Sahmon was born and raised in the South Bay and is a current resident of the Beach Cities. He is a Real Estate professional with residential development and sales expertise. Early in his career, Sahmon worked as an acquisitions analyst for a South Bay developer identifying potential investments and managing ongoing projects. Moving from development to residential sales, Sahmon has been helping buyers and sellers find exactly what they’re looking for in real estate. 

Before working in real estate, Sahmon focused his career in Corporate Finance Consulting. Working with companies around the country, varying in size from Global Ten companies to small private firms, Sahmon has worked with teams assisting in contract negotiation, asset management, process streamlining, and enterprise financial planning and analysis. Sahmon uses this invaluable experience to offer his client's solutions that a typical real estate broker could not, and he has become adept at applying his broader economic knowledge to residential real estate.

Sahmon spends a lot of his personal time working with two local charities that focus their efforts on children who have lost a loved one. "Comfort Zone Camp", a charity that holds several camps in Southern California for children who have lost a parent or sibling and "Walk With Sally", a mentoring program for children who have been affected by cancer.

Sahmon holds a degree from DePaul University in Commerce with an emphasis in Financial Economics
