We launched on the path to sell our home of almost 40 years in May of 2025. After interviewing several agents, we chose Sally and Elizabeth based on their superb track record in selling upscale, historic houses in the San Diego area. We made absolutely the right choice. This mother/daughter team is to use the term "a well-oiled machine". They patiently coached us through four months of upgrades and renovations of our 1920's craftsman bungalow located in an historical district. When we finally listed the home, the market had begun to soften in terms of a seller's expectation on purchase pricing.
