About Sam
Sam grew up on Chicagoā€™s North Shore before graduating from the University of Wisconsinā€“Madison. Since then, he has lived in several northside neighborhoods, including Lincoln Park Old Town, before establishing himself on Chicagoā€™s esteemed distinguished Gold Coast.

While Downtown and its adjacent areas are his passion, Sam takes great pleasure in exploring new hot spots in the booming West Side during his free time with friends and family. Even though his immediate family still resides north of the city, his entire extended family members continue to dwell in several of Chicagoā€™s western suburbs. This gives Sam a diversified knowledge of the Chicago Metropolitan market and the ability to demonstrate his determination, charisma, and affable nature to many more individual communities.
