Sam Anto has established himself as a leading force in both the residential and commercial real estate sectors across Tennessee, with more than 11 years of experience delivering consistent, high-level results.

In the residential sector, Sam has extensive experience in both listing and buyer representation, with a strong focus on luxury real estate and investment properties. He has successfully been engaged in the acquisition and disposition of multiple residential and commercial land transactions across the state, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics, valuation, and deal execution.

In the commercial space, Sam has handled a wide range of transactions, including NNN lease investment sales, shopping center dispositions, hotel sales, gas station and liquor store sales, retail leasing assignments, and developable commercial land opportunities. His diverse transaction experience provides clients with strategic insight across multiple asset classes, from stabilized income-producing properties to value-add and development deals.

He routinely exceeds expectations across all aspects of acquisition, disposition, and leasing, and brings additional value through his ability to structure and secure private equity for commercial development and investment opportunities.

Sam’s performance has been recognized with several notable industry honors. In 2017, he received the Rising Star Award from the Greater Nashville Realtors, followed by the Outstanding Sales Award from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices that same year. In 2018, he was further recognized with the Community Service Award. Over the past seven years, Sam has consistently been recognized with top sales awards from the Greater Nashville Realtors, underscoring his sustained production and market leadership.

Beyond his professional achievements, Sam is deeply engaged in philanthropic and civic initiatives. He has served in leadership roles within the Greater Nashville Realtors organization, including as Chaplain, and previously chaired the Carmel Maria Charitable Trust, helping raise over $200,000 to support homeless children affected by HIV in India. He is also an active member of the Morning Rotary Club in Brentwood and the founder of the Kerala Association of Nashville, through which he has raised more than $125,000 to support disaster relief efforts in India and Nepal.

In 2019, Sam founded The Anto Team at Compass, a platform built to deliver elevated real estate services through collaboration, market expertise, and a client-first approach. With his team's continued support, Sam remains focused on driving exceptional outcomes for clients locally and globally.
