Kim Noeltner

A longtime resident of Morningside Lenox Park, Kim’s strong connection to the community greatly benefits the individuals and families she works with. Kim and her husband Barry married at Haygood Memorial United Methodist Church and remain members there today. They raised three children – all of whom graduated from Woodward Academy and attended the University of Georgia. After 33 years of residing in and servicing her community, Kim knows Morningside and the surrounding neighborhoods inside and out.

Before joining Beacham and Company, REALTORS Kim worked in the Fashion Industry. An entrepreneur at heart, Kim successfully built several wholesale companies which designed, manufactured, and distributed products to major retailers in the U.S. and abroad. She traveled extensively to Europe and Asia building partnerships with professionals from many different cultures.

When Kim’s not making homeownership dreams come true for her clients, she can be found running in Piedmont Park or walking her dogs, Kitty and Moondog, on the Beltline, or hiking the Morningside Nature Preserve. Kim’s completed several full and half marathons and also enjoys gardening, cooking, and traveling.
