I grew up in the Bay Area and currently live in Almaden Valley so I am very familiar with the dynamics, growth and changes in our local markets. EXPERIENCE - Important not just as a salesperson but in all facets of the Real Estate industry. Mine started with double majors in both Marketing and Economics from San Jose State University. From there I worked in banking for over 11 years gaining experience as a Real Estate development lender and later as a mortgage lender. For over 27 years I have immersed myself in real estate acquisitions/dispositions and management of investment properties in the Bay Area as well as out of state. I have bought and sold property in California, Florida, Texas and Nevada. I have owned both Commercial and Multifamily Real Estate which gives me intimate knowledge as an "owner" not just a salesperson. I have residential home development experience which has given me extensive knowledge in the fields of construction and design. My ability to inspect properties and estimate repair costs is a strong asset and well above average in the industry. Equally important is my 22 years of Real Estate sales and marketing experience working with famed companies such as Alain Pinel, Better Homes and Garden, Keller Williams Bay Area Estates and now Compass .
