Sam Jalili

Sam Jalili is an Executive Vice President in the Silicon Valley/Bay Area office of Compass Commercial. Representing landlords, and tenants he specializes in commercial investments, building sales, multi-family, leasing, land sales, and everything in between.

Sam has over 18 years of experience providing direction for his clients. He utilizes an analytical approach in conjunction with a collaborative process and extensive market knowledge. This method provides his clients with the essential tools required to make profitable and expedient real estate decisions.

Before joining Compass commercial, Sam was the owner of a nationwide real estate development company with over 50 employees. There, he created strategies to achieve clients to maximize gains through profitable projects and easy to understand spreadsheets that can sometimes be complex. His ability to negotiate and identify effective client solutions have saved his clients millions of dollars with gains and losses.

Graduating from San Jose State in 2001 with a bachelors degree in Business, he has been able to utilize the tools he learned in school and integrate them with the skills required to be successful in commercial real estate, Sam’s team is one of the best in the business, for all your real estate needs.
