Sam graduated with a finance degree from San Francisco State University and gained extensive commercial real estate experience working in property management. She credits the right combination of education and experience for teaching her how to lead and help people through the home buying process. With an empathetic ear, Sam helps her clients determine their needs and wants, and with an advocating voice, she strives to meet or exceed those expectations every time.

She is also aware that homeownership in the Bay Area seems impossible for many people, which is one reason she joined the industry. According to Sam, the keys to helping more people land their homes are persistence, dedication, and sharing knowledge about the local market and trends. When she isn’t making homeownership dreams come true for her clients, Sam enjoys spending time with her pets seven days a week.
