About Sam

From a young age, Sam was fascinated with Real Estate architecture, a passion that eventually led him to choose Real Estate as his profession. Today, as a successful agent working in Virginia, Maryland, and DC, Sam offers honest, balanced, and educated support to his clients, from first-time buyers to seasoned sellers. It is of paramount importance to Sam that his clients are as confident about each step of the sales process as they are about the end result. Sam gives his clients the attention they require, Sam has learned to listen closely to what his clients need and how to offer specialized instruction to help them achieve their distinct goals.

Sam received his bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Maryland in 2004. He entered the Real Estate industry after twelve years as a corporate executive in the hospitality business, where he was actively involved in running trainings for new managing talent across the United States, including an exciting overseas adventure in Dubai, where he worked to build restaurants alongside celebrity chefs José Andrés and Richard Sandoval. Sam gained invaluable leadership and problem-solving skills during those years, skills he puts to work for his clients each day as their trusted advisor. Above all, Sam treasures the relationships he cultivates his clients, and works tirelessly to turn their dreams into reality.

Together with his wife, Shadia, and their four wonderful children, Sam has lived in the Metropolitan Washington, DC the past 20 years and has an in-depth knowledge of the market, the local neighborhoods, and it’s culture.
