Sam Neumann

Sam Neumann is a Denver-based real estate agent, video host, and community explorer who helps people plug into the real rhythm of the city. As the creator of the Denver Living YouTube channel, he has built a growing network of local content that showcases neighborhoods, food, culture, and the everyday experiences that make the Denver metro such an easy place to fall in love with.

At the Denver Living Group, Sam serves as co-creator, chief marketing officer, and self-appointed real estate market watchdog, turning data and on-the-ground insights into content that is approachable, honest, and actually useful. He has deep familiarity with the luxury market and is obsessed with the client experience, and believes better communication can solve almost any problem before it arises.

Sam is a dad and husband who spends a considerable amount of time seeking out great sushi and working toward one day making the perfect steak (this is a lifetime chase). He is a fervent believer in the greatness of Colorado-based Good Times burgers, and will return to snowboarding regularly once the schedule calms down a bit, which it certainly will any day now.
