About Sam

Real estate has been part of Sam’s life since he was old enough to carry an open house sign.

Growing up in the DC metro area, Sam learned the business firsthand from his mother, a respected DMV Realtor. By the age of ten, he was helping stage homes, prepare marketing materials, and set up open houses. He watched closely as deals were won and lost — and learned early that presentation and negotiation determine outcomes.

Today, that early exposure has evolved into a sophisticated, marketing-driven real estate practice focused on maximizing leverage for his clients.

Before transitioning into residential real estate, Sam built a career in politics and trade association advocacy on Capitol Hill. Working in high-stakes policy environments sharpened his ability to negotiate, communicate persuasively, and manage complex conversations with competing interests. Those same skills now serve his buyers and sellers in competitive, high-value transactions throughout Washington, DC, Northern Virginia, and suburban Maryland.

Sam approaches every listing as a strategic campaign — not just a property on the market. From positioning and pricing strategy to digital exposure and negotiation architecture, he combines modern marketing execution with disciplined deal strategy to drive premium outcomes.

As a DC native, Sam offers clients something algorithms cannot: real hyper-local insight.
