It is a pleasure for me to write this commendation for Sam Zerarka. I first met Sam at an Open House in 2004 when I was testing the Bay Area real estate waters. It took me 2 more years to decide to jump in. Over this period Sam kept in touch with me on a regular basis, and when the time came to choose a real estate agent, Sam was a natural choice for my wife and me. I sure am glad now that I went with Sam. The final result of his work has far exceeded our expectations.
