Saman Sadeghi

Saman has real estate in his blood. Growing up under the guidance of his accomplished mother, Compass Realtor Azita Sadeghi, Saman has developed a deep-rooted passion for helping people find their dream homes in this picturesque coastal setting. 

 Saman's approach to real estate is a unique blend of local expertise and academic acumen. Armed with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Sustainability from CU Boulder's Leeds School of Business, he brings a fresh perspective to the industry. His education in sustainable practices and marketing strategies proves invaluable in navigating the evolving real estate landscape. 

 Saman is also passionate about the outdoors and when he is not working he loves to mountain bike, hike, rock climb, and pursue film photography. He has an eye for interior design and being creative and this shows when it comes to his work and his own personal style, as he seeks to elevate properties with thoughtful designs. 

 Saman adopts a personalized approach to real estate and goes above and beyond to understand and empathize with his clients. He enjoys getting to know his clients on a personal level and providing them with a wealth of knowledge and guidance that he has acquired through his upbringing in the industry.
