About Samantha
With over 25 years experience as a New York City real estate broker and a consistent Top Producer, Samantha takes pride in her commitment to consistent, quality service, providing both sellers and buyers with accurate and intelligent information to make the process both enjoyable and efficient. Samantha is a native of Westchester, New York, and has lived in New York City for more than 20 years. She changed career paths in the late '90s from dancing at The Joffrey Ballet School to beginning her Real Estate career in New York City where she quickly soared to Director of Residential Sales for a boutique firm in Soho, specializing in Tribeca, Soho and Nolita. She joined the top NYC firm in 2002 to work for one of the most respected teams at the company and industry, where she expanded her knowledge to the rest of New York, including Brooklyn. She was recruited to work in New Development on the Upper West Side, where she again quickly became the Sales Director, working side by side with the Project Manager. Gaining the knowledge, tools and experience to handle any development project from inception to completion. She continued her work in New Development, working as sales director on several other projects, including taking on the role of Sales Director on Downtown Brooklyn's pioneer luxury hi-rise condominium.
