Samantha Chiles

I began my real estate career with The Caniglia Group at the end of 2019 after transitioning from my role as a corporate shoe buyer. Since then, I’ve found my true passion in helping people find homes they love and guiding them through one of the most important investments of their lives. I grew up in Thatcher, Arizona, a small town about three hours from Phoenix, and moved to the Valley in 2015 after earning my bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Arizona. Phoenix quickly became home, and today I live here with my husband, Gavin—my college sweetheart—our two-year-old son, Beckham, and our two dogs, Izzy and Monty. We also have an adopted neighborhood cat, Phoebe (who turned out to be a boy, but the name stuck!). Gavin and I also own a rental property in Tempe and hope to expand our real estate investments in the future. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, reading and staying active in my book club, and catching up with friends (preferably in pajamas). I have a weakness for In-N-Out fries, Dr. Pepper, and a decaf vanilla latte at any time of the day. My favorite part of being a Realtor is working with first-time homebuyers. I enjoy educating clients on the process and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way. For many, this is the biggest investment of their lives, and I’m committed to making the experience both smooth and memorable. Over the years, I’ve loved the opportunities real estate has brought me—especially the clients who have become close friends. This career has truly been the most rewarding I’ve ever had.
