Samantha Edwards

Samantha Edwards is a native of Massachusetts and brings high energy to her clients from her deep love and passion for real estate. Starting from a young age, Samantha witnessed and helped her parents run beachside hotels and a multi-property portfolio. After graduating with a BS in Marketing, Samantha was drawn back into real estate this time managing corporate housing luxury condos in the Back Bay neighborhood of Boston. After managing commercial and residential real estate for over 10 years, Samantha got her license to pursue real estate transactions helping families find and sell their homes. In her first three years alone she sold $34M in volume, 6 times the industry average.  

 

Samantha’s firsthand knowledge of the Boston market stems from her collective 15 years of experience in both commercial and residential real estate - property management and residential selling - and the fact that she has resided in Boston for 15 years. As someone who has been on both sides of the negotiating table, Samantha understands the importance of focusing on the client. She commits to open communication and walking each and every client through every step of the buying and selling process, to make sure that she helps them achieve their goals. 

 

Samantha’s other passion outside of real estate are her dogs - and all animals for that matter. She loves taking them for hikes, runs on the beach, and shopping in any store that loves four-legged friends as much as their owners! Donating to and supporting animal causes has always been an important part of Samantha’s personal and professional goals, truly making sure that everyone - on two legs or four - finds their home. Samantha commits to making a charitable donation from each successfully closed transaction to an animal rescue league or important charity to her clients.
