Samantha Gulledge

Samantha Gulledge has lived in Arizona since her early childhood. As such, she has a love and great knowledge of The Valley. She likes to explore Arizona as a personal hobby, as well as to get to know the state better for her clients. Samantha graduated from Brigham Young University-Idaho where she studied Healthcare Administration. Sam had a successful career in Human Resources before becoming interested in real estate investing and shifting professions. Samantha began her real estate career in project management with a small investment firm, flipping homes outside of Arizona. Upon returning to Arizona in 2018 she earned her real estate license. Samantha has worked with a few other reputable real estate brokerages in Arizona and is happy to now have a home with the S4 Group. Samantha is skilled in multiple avenues of real estate. She finds great satisfaction in serving families looking for homes in a variety of markets, working with investors to flip or create passive income, doing DIY renovations for her own investment properties, and helping sellers make their properties picture-perfect! Samantha goes above and beyond for her clients. As a former HR employee she knows the importance of communication and keeping her clients in the loop along every step of the home buying or selling process. Creative problem solving, genuinely connecting with clients, and creating a low-stress experience are just a few of Samantha's professional strengths. She loves connecting with her clients and exceeding their expectations without exceeding their budgets. In her spare time Samantha enjoys attending concerts and being active–especially by playing volleyball, paddle boarding, and hiking. Traveling is another one of Samantha's main interests. She enjoys thrilling trips–such as the ones where she has sky-dived and swam with sharks, and ones that are more historical or relaxing in nature. She also loves being an "auntie" to her nieces and nephews and serving those in her community.
