Before transitioning into real estate, Samantha spent over a decade in advertising sales at CNN and The Economist, where she built lasting relationships and led marketing initiatives for top-tier clients. Today, she brings that same creativity and drive to real estate – from compelling property storytelling to smart, data-backed positioning. 

Samantha thrives on connection, transparency, and trust. She is deeply relationship-oriented and values the long game: many of her clients come through referrals or personal networks, drawn to her honesty and care. With a deep understanding of branding and audience engagement, Samantha leverages modern tools and platforms to showcase listings in their best light and reach the right buyers. 

Samantha holds a degree in Media and Journalism from the University of Hartford and also completed training through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, which informs her holistic, people-first approach to work and life. 

She lives in Sutton Place with her husband and daughter and loves to explore the city regularly, giving her a unique understanding of New York’s neighborhoods and their distinctive charms. Samantha is excited to be part of a team that shares her values of integrity, excellence, and growth.
