Samantha (known to most as Sam) spent most of her childhood living in Central Florida but followed her roots back to New England in 2004, confirming she is truly a New Englander through and through. She now lives in Derry with her husband, 2 sweet rescue dogs, 1 trouble making pet bird, a growing flock of chickens, and 2 mini goats.
Sam prides herself on her ability to truly understand what her clients need – whether it be searching for the right home, preparing a house for sale (organizing/decluttering), or confidently navigating all the steps along the way. She likes to keep things light and fun but with her background in organizational development and leadership, still has an eye for detail, clear communication, and developing processes to ensure a smooth transaction.
In her spare time, Sam loves cooking/eating, horseback riding, volunteering in animal rescue, and anything to keep active and outside.
