Samantha Marquis

After graduating from UCLA, Samantha worked as an interior and landscape designer on many unique projects, including a boutique hotel and multiple celebrity homes. Her design work brought her into the world of “flipping”, and that ultimately drove her to a career in residential real estate with expertise in visualization and space utilization; blending her passion for property, design, and architecture. 

Since receiving her real estate license in 2009, Samantha started her career working in some of Los Angeles’ premier neighborhoods and intense real estate markets.  She has a depth and breadth of knowledge in conventional and unconventional transactions. Combining today’s technology with a strong work ethic and hands-on approach, Samantha provides a high level of attention and service to ensure her clients are able to make the best decision possible.

Samantha has been a REALTOR® in Healdsburg since 2014, where she raises her two young boys (Jack, 10 y.o., and Cameron, 7 y.o.) with her husband. As an active member in the community, she is a past board member the Sonoma County Children’s Museum Board and carried the title of social chair of the Healdsburg Mom’s group for many years. She is currently serving as a member-at-large on the Healdsburg Parks Design Team, president of the Healdsburg Parks Foundation and an ambassador for The Healdsburg School.  In college, she was a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma and participated as an alumnae advisor for both the UCLA and USC chapters.

When she is not working, Samantha loves being with her family and friends, dancing, riding her Peloton, trying new restaurants, and taking roller-skating class.
