She was very easy to communicate with (especially texting) and she was a “no-bullshit” type of person, and that was awesome since we’ve never owned a home before and this was all new for us and also new to Florida! There was a lot of communication required between her and the broker representing the sellers and she kept up with that! We needed to get contractors and painters etc into the home several times for quotes while the previous owners were still living there and she worked it out for us quickly since we were under a deadline! I’ve also heard of nightmares of closing day, and ours was fairly smooth! We had an issue with a wire transfer that delayed us from getting the keys until the end off he day but that little mistake had nothing to do with sam! Despite all that she was there for us and communicating with us throughout the day until we finally got the keys! It is now day 7 since we closed and the new floors and painting of the whole interior house is done! We are actually ahead of schedule and we couldn’t have expedited this process without her!
