""I don't think my vocabulary is good enough to describe just how wonderful Samm was during our house hunting endeavors and with the entire purchasing process. This is the first time that I have gone through this, though my wife was helped to purchase her first home by Samm as well. Samm was patient, understanding and empathetic the whole way through. She explained everything as well as she could or got us answers from other experts, was patient with all our questions and concerns and was always cognizant of my background and made sure to address the legal and financial intricacies of purchasing a home, knowing that the differences between doing so here in Indy vs where I'm originally from were significant. Samm went to multiple listings with us, showed us what signs to look out for and what to pay attention to when touring a house, to give us more independence and confidence in our decisions. Additionally, she shared many contacts with us for work that needed doing, and all said work has been done well to our satisfaction at, at least in our opinion, reasonable prices (especially when comparing quotes for vendors we found ourselves). Once we found our new home, which is exactly what we were hoping to find, showing us she knew exactly what we wanted, prioritized and intended to avoid. Having been born and raised in Indianapolis, this city is in my blood. Although I left the state of Indiana to attend college at the University of Dayton (earning a Masterās in Communication with a minor in Psychology), I knew I always wanted to return home.
Upon college graduation, I took a position at a local real estate firm as an Office Coordinator for one of the local branches of the company. Quickly, I became a Transaction Manager responsible for coordinating all the details of getting a property from listed to pended to SOLD and I have never looked back! For fourteen years I have been assisting buyers and sellers achieve their dreams. I absolutely love what I do!
I am passionate about giving each client a āwhite gloveā experience. I do this by utilizing my communications skills, knowledge of the city and surrounding areas, as well as my expertise in negotiating to make the process as stress-free as possible. When I am not working, you will find me exploring the city with my husband, Tom and 3 daughters, Margo, Leena and Rosie. We enjoy attending Pacer games, running in the Monumental Mini-Marathon annually, trying new restaurants and breweries (ask me for my list of favorites!), and spending time with our families and friends.
