Samantha Shuman

Samantha has been an integral part of the Kyle Blackmon Team since 2019. She has helped buyers, sellers, landlords and renters navigate the New York City Real Estate Market. Nothing is off limits for Sam, whether it's guiding a first time buyer purchase in a new development Condominium, helping empty nesters sell their Park Avenue Co-op, or helping investors navigate the ever-changing rental landscape.

Having lived in New York City since 2005, she is well versed in Manhattan’s and Brooklyn’s neighborhoods, knowing exactly what each has to offer.

A former publicist in the culinary and hospitality space, her combined experience with marketing, technology and entrepreneurship allows her to provide her clients with a wealth of knowledge and expertise, assisting them with all their real estate needs. She prides herself in offering the same hospitality one would find at their favorite restaurant when navigating clients from across the globe to find a home in New York City.

Originally from Massachusetts, Samantha has a B.A. from Skidmore College.  In her free time, she enjoys making connections with new people, cooking, skiing, traveling and fostering dogs.
