About Samantha
Sam Shuster has lived in Nashville since 1999 and can't imagine living anywhere else. Her love for Middle Tennessee and the people who live there are the driving forces behind her career in real estate.
 
Sam holds degrees in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Belmont University. Prior to real estate, she worked in the Information Systems Audit department at HCA Healthcare. Sam's time in auditing strengthened her ability to work with others, especially the clients she was serving. 

Sam chose to pursue a career in real estate because she believes she best fulfills her purpose when she is engaged in meaningful relationships with others and in a position to serve their needs. Real estate fulfills her passion for connecting with and serving those around her while utilizing her financial and technical background, so it’s really the perfect fit! Helping someone find their special place in the world is an incredible opportunity, and Samantha is eager to help so many people find that.

In her spare time, Sam enjoys spending time with her husband, Joseph, and their miniature dachshunds, Frank and Beans. They live in Bellevue and spend as much time as they can outdoors, whether it is at the park, hiking, fishing, or grilling out on the back porch.
