Originally from the Northeast, Samantha made the move to Tampa Bay over a decade ago, experiencing firsthand the nuances of relocating, exploring, and ultimately selecting the right community to call home. After years of living throughout the region, she chose Westchase, where she now resides and specializes. Prior to real estate, Samantha built a distinguished career in operations and executive leadership across high-growth organizations, including The Estée Lauder Companies and IAC Inc., and served as Head of Operations at Biolayne. She was instrumental in building and scaling business infrastructures, designing high-performance sales systems, and partnering directly with executive leadership to drive growth. This background now translates into a sophisticated, highly strategic approach to real estate - where every

A graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Samantha brings a refined understanding of human behavior into every interaction.
