Hi, I’m Samantha O'Neil—but you can call me Sammy or Sam! I’m proud to be a second-generation real estate professional, carrying on a passion that took root when I was just five years old. I grew up attending open houses and showings alongside my mom, fascinated by the energy of the industry—the people, the properties, and the creativity involved in solving problems and negotiating deals. My professional journey began in 2021 at Latter & Blum, where I started as an administrative assistant before moving into the education department. There, I gained an in-depth understanding of the behind-the-scenes work that makes real estate transactions successful—from contracts and compliance to client care and communication. It was in that role that I found my true calling: combining my marketing savvy with hands-on transaction knowledge to support clients through one of the most exciting chapters of their lives—buying or selling a home. Outside of real estate, I’m a creative at heart. I run a photography business, Green Egg Aperture, where I capture everything from candid moments to milestone memories. I’m also a freelance minister with a strong background in public speaking and writing. In January 2024, I proudly took on the role of Vice President & Secretary of Lito’s Dream Homes Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on community-driven event planning and marketing.
