Samona Rosenberg

Samona Rosenberg began her real estate career as an executive assistant to a major real estate developer in Manhattan. Eager to learn the business and incorporate her love of selling into a career, she transitioned to on- site marketing and sales. Samona spent 10 years in the luxury new construction market, handling both sales and rentals throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn. She worked closely with developers and marketing teams, while establishing elite negotiation skills and a keen insight on marketplace trends. 

Raised in Brooklyn, New York, Samona attended the prestigious Berkeley Carroll school in Park Slope. She went on to study theater arts at The College at New Paltz, enjoying several years of theater and improvisation after graduating. Today, she lives in Delray Beach and enjoys the Florida lifestyle with her family and friends in addition to serving her clients. Currently, the Principal of The Rosenberg Martinez Team, Samona is committed to providing hands-on service to every customer, and client satisfaction is always her end goal.
