Samuel was born on Martha’s Vineyard, Massachusetts, and moved to Florida with his family, who were drawn to the warm Southern weather and relaxed lifestyle that Southwest Florida offers. He is committed to helping you sell your home or buy your piece of paradise down here in sunny Florida.

An overachiever, Samuel graduated Summa Cum Laude from Dunbar High School in Fort Myers, Florida, and became a Licensed Real Estate Professional the week of his graduation! Lifetime learning has led Samuel to continue his study of entrepreneurship at the Honors College of Nova Southeastern University. Now joining the Signal House Group at Compass, a trusted team of experienced Realtors serving all of Southwest Florida, Samuel continues his achievements.

Sam comes from a hard-working family; his mother an accomplished Realtor & Licensed Broker and his father, a Brazilian immigrant, who has worked hard to become a skilled carpenter and co-owner of a luxury construction company in Massachusetts. Samuel grew up around Florida real estate, and his proximity to the business has led to his commitment to results and service.
