About San
San Juanita was born in Laredo and moved to Austin in 1975, where she has since witnessed the city grow from a small college town to the vibrant metropolis it is now. Her passion for real estate began when her Realtor encouraged her to get her license in 2005, and since then she has been helping clients buy and sell homes in Austin and the surrounding areas.
Fluent in both Spanish and English, San Juanita specializes in working with first-time homebuyers and empty nesters. She also loves working with Veterans and active military as this is very close to her heart Having moved across the country several times with her family, she understands the stressors involved in relocating to a new area. She even relocated an entire hardware company to the Cedar Park area and worked closely with all employees from production to the executives, making sure that every aspect of the move was smooth and stress-free.
San Juanita currently lives in Leander with her cat, Inca. In her leisure time, she loves to travel, enjoy the outdoors, and is an amateur watercolor artist. She also enjoys sewing, knitting, crocheting, reading, and spending time with her five grandchildren.
